Nerf Longshot CS-6

Looking like something out of an Aliens movie, the Longshot looks epically baddass. Unfortunately it’s also a really big unwieldy piece of kit. But totally worth it just for the awesomeness. It comes with a detachable gun that fires a single shot which proves to be completely useless.
Nerf Longstrike CS-6

The Longstrike is similar to the Longshot, except that is looks more like a sniper rife. However it instead uses the same firing mechanism as the Deploy and the Raider, and as a result sports a decreased range. The range is even further decreased by attaching the barrel extension to the gun, so it’s best to leave it off.
Nerf Recon CS-6

The Recon is a cut down version of the Longshot, and comes with a barrel extension and a skeleton stock. It uses the same 6-round magazines as the Longshot, but is best used in its pistol form without the barrel extension and stock attached.
Unlike other pistols, the cocking slide doesn’t have springs attached to it. So you’ll need to push it back in place after you cock it.
Nerf Deploy CS-6

The Deploy transforms from a compact ‘flashlight’ mode and fully extends out to full size at the press of a button on the top of the gun. It uses the same firing mechanism as the Longstrike and the Raider, so it has decreased range. The flashlight on the gun is also completely useless, and although it looks cool, provides minimal illumination.
The cool factor is that when painted up all nice, it is strangely reminiscent of the collapsable weapons from the video game Mass Effect.
This gun isn’t sold in New Zealand, so if you want one you’ll have to order it from Singapore via Black Tactical.
Nerf Raider CS-6

This gun is perhaps the nastiest weapon in the Nerf arsenal, second only to the Vulcan. It uses a massive 35-round drum magazine, which sticks out of the side of the Raider like a sore thumb, but it’s sure worth it! We’ve had some slight jamming issues with this gun when it has been fired too fast, so if you use the correct ammo inside it, make sure to cock it all the way back and forward again before firing, and repeat this at a nice steady rate, the Raider will be sure to be your best friend for the entire run.
The drum magazine also works in the Nerf Longshot, Longstrike, Deploy and Recon guns, turning them into nasty weapons of doom.
Nerf Vulcan EBF-25

Death shall come on swift wings to all that oppose the mighty Vulcan. They shall not live long and prosper. Fully automatic, electric and belt-fed, this support-weapon will mow down waves of zombies until it runs out of ammo. And at 25 rounds per belt, that’ll be pretty fast. Luckily we have a spare 50-round belt at your disposal in one of the ammo caches. Be prepared to have one of your comrades help you out with this one though, because six feet of ammo belt becomes a real pain in the ass for one person to handle…
This thing weighs a ton, so some people may have trouble firing the Vulan from the hip.
